SELF-CARE: Better Skin with Soap of the Earth

facialbar

About 2 years ago, I was back home with my mom and oftentimes, like every mother and daughter, we would go out shopping. There’s a local farmer’s market near where we live and there over the summer, we met a lot of vendors; one of them worked for Soap of the Earth.

Now, you might’ve ventured a bit on my blog and stumbled upon a very old post about my struggle with acne. I would’ve never thought to myself that I would have skin free from acne and scars one day, but believe it or not, I did for a short period time of my life – until a new school year started. and forgot to bring the cure with me.

Everybody’s skin is different and has very unique needs. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the perfect solution but I can tell you a possible one and it’s Soap of the Earth’s very popular Clay Facial Bar.

I basically use it like any normal facial cleanser. Every morning and night, I would wet my face first and then lather the soap on. Once it’s lathered on, I can wash it off right afterwards. I was able to see the results after 2-3 months! Yes, it’s a commitment but it’s so worth it.

What I love about this soap is that it’s a product truly made out of natural, organic ingredients: olive oil, goat milk, and grown herbs.

What it also contains:

  • rooibos tea – “soothes and promises vital nutrients to slow down aging”
  • kaolin clay – “draw out impurities, stimulate circulation and bring about a smooth, healthy glow”
  • pure essential oils from tea tree, patchouli,  grapefruit, and geranium

Happy washing and good luck!

* I was not sponsored to write about this post. I cannot 100% guarantee that the product will work for you.

Best,

Jess
